Three area churches have been named to Outreach magazine's annual lists of America's 100 fastest-growing and largest churches.
12Stone Church, with campuses in Lawrenceville and Hamilton Mill, was 16th on the list of fastest-growing churches. Founding and senior pastor of 12Stone Church is Kevin Myers. Voices of Faith Ministries was ranked the 85th fastest-growing church on Outreach's list. The Baptist church, which is located in Stone Mountain, is pastored by Gary Hawkins. Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in Norcross ranked 13th in the list of America's largest churches, with 16,000 in attendance. The church is pastored by William L. Sheals.More like this story
