Costumed canines will strut their stuff down Main Street in front of Lilburn City Park on Saturday in celebration of the 35th annual Lilburn Daze Arts and Crafts Festival.
Pets on Parade is a first-time event at Lilburn Daze and will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Awards will be given for best costume, best trick or talent, best smile/friendliest, best owner-pet look-a-like and laziest dog.
Proceeds from registration fees will be given to Canine Assistants, an organization that trains and provides service dogs to special-needs adults and children.
Lilburn Daze Arts and Crafts Festival will also feature about 200 booths for artists and crafters, food, a children's area, a health fair and entertainment.
Admission, parking and shuttle service for Lilburn Daze are free.
