DULUTH - A man died Friday afternoon after his Suzuki motorcycle crashed into a guardrail on Ronald Reagan Parkway near Lawrenceville Highway, police said.
The man was traveling west on Ronald Reagan at about 3 p.m. when his motorcycle left the roadway for an unknown reason and hit the guardrail, said Cpl. David Schiralli, spokesman for the Gwinnett County Police Department.
The man, whose identity is being withheld pending the notification of his next of kin, died at the scene as the result of his injuries. Schiralli said the man, who was in his mid-30s, was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
