Work shall be per room on an as needed basis in either occupied or vacate apartments and shall include demolition and removal of plaster ceiling, installation and finishing of Sheetrock, replacement of crown molding, reconnection of light fixture(s), and replacement or repositioning of attic insulation for ceiling replacement with all new surfaces to be suitably painted and finished. Proposals for Sheetrock repairs on wall and ceiling in occupied or vacant apartments shall be considered at the cost of dollars per square foot.
