Katherine C. McCart, age 89 of Loganville, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Friday, October 3, 2008 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Minister Don Hardison officiating. Burial will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville. A member of New Hope United Methodist Church, Mrs. McCart was a homemaker & was preceded in death by her husband, Lendell “Mac” McCart. She is survived by Children: Bill & Jane McCart, Powder Springs; Patsy & John Bowzard, Lithia Springs; Royce McCart, Rockmart; Brenda & Doug Stanfield, Rockmart; Freddy McCart, Loganville; Mike McCart, Loganville; Brother: Griffin & Mary Alice Duncan, Columbia, SC; 9 Grandchildren; 14 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces & Nephews. The Family will receive friends from 3 - 5 & 6 - 8 PM Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30045, 770-962-3100.
