Lt. Frank Otto (Ret.), age 63 of Lawrenceville, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2008. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Sunday, November 23 at the Lawrenceville Church of God with Rev. Lewis Stover & Rev. Kevin Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville. A member of Fairview Baptist Church, Waynesburg, KY, Mr. Otto attended Lawrenceville Church of God. He served in the United States Air Force for 8 years, worked as a police officer with City of Lawrenceville Police Department & retired after 28 years of service. Mr. Otto is survived by His Wife: Dorcas Tullis Otto, Lawrenceville; Father: Richard Otto, Waynesburg, KY; Brothers & Sisters-in-law: Rick & Arlene Otto, Frankfort, KY; Ronnie & Kim Otto, Stanford, KY; Sister & Brother-in-law: Ruth Ann & Paul Hall, Waynesburg, KY; Brothers-in-law: John & Helen Tullis, Dacula; Lewis & Carol Tullis, Auburn; James & Carolyn Tullis, Lawrenceville; Glendon & Joann Tullis, Loganville; Sister-in-law: Louise Tullis, Hoschton; Other suvivor: Albert Bastin, Stanford, KY; Several Nieces, Nephews & other family members. The Family will receive friends from 2 - 4 & 6 - 9 PM Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30045, 770-962-3100.
