Mr. Ronnie Melvin, age 69, of Lawrenceville, GA (formerly of Forsyth County), passed away Friday, October 31, 2008 following an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Melvin. Survivors include brothers, Frank Melvin of Arizona and Arthur Melvin of Alabama; children, Johnette Pinkerton of FL, Ronnie Pinkerton of NJ, Danny Pinkerton of Hiram, Mark Pinkerton of Gainesville and Jeff Pinkerton of Lawrenceville; 10 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 6, 2008, 12:00 p.m. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Deckard officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 5, 2008 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia will be in charge of arrangements.
