Mrs. Lula Mae Dockery Smith, age 79, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Monday, June 16, 2008. She is survived by her Husband of 54 years: Rev. Thomas P. Smith, Flowery Branch, GA; Daughter: Darlene Smith, Flowery Branch, GA; Daughters and Sons-in-Law: Rita and Chris Burdett, Flowery Branch, GA, Bonnie and Mitchell Ginn, Flowery Branch, GA; Grandchildren: Brandy Burdett Calvert, Shanda Kay Burdett, Thomas Michael Ginn, Michelle Ginn Clifton, Matthew Ginn, Megan Ginn, Tabitha Coker, Ashley Coker, Will Coker, Madison Coffey; Five Great Grandchildren: Payten Calvert, Bailey Clifton, Evan Clifton, Maelyn Ginn, Paisley Ginn; Sisters: Mary Morton, Broxton, GA, Rosie Cato, Broxton, GA, Mildred Rowell, Roswell, GA; Brothers and Sisters-in-Law: Earl and Elaine Dockery, Madison, GA, Jack and Jeanette Dockery, Cleveland, GA; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Mrs. Smith was born March 11, 1929 in Coffey County, GA. She was a life long resident of Flowery Branch, GA. She was retired from Hall County School System as a cafeteria manager. She was a member of the Flowery Branch Chapter of the Eastern Star. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Buford where she was also a member of the Daisy Shadburn Bykota Sunday School Class. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Buford with Rev. Dean Bryant and Rev. Wayne Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Flowers accepted or donations may be made to Eagle Ranch, P.O.
