LAWRENCEVILLE - Gwinnett's medical examiner identified the victim of a drowning Friday in the Chattahoochee River.
The man, who reportedly slipped on rocks near Jones Bridge Park, was Edwin Paute-Fernandez, 28, who lived in Doraville, according to chief forensic investigator Ted Bailey.
