NORCROSS - Gwinnett County police have arrested an 18-year-old man suspected of spraying gang graffiti on utility boxes and road signs in Peachtree Corners.

Norcross resident William Diaz, also known as "Maniac," is being held in the Gwinnett County jail on charges of criminal trespass, participating in gang activity and providing false identification documents, records show.
