G.W. Underwood Sr. and Elsie Underwood of Lawrenceville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple married May 17, 1958, in Bryson City, N.C. They have five children, 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. They celebrated their anniversary with a dinner party.
