Former Home Depot worker enters guilty plea in kickback scheme
ATLANTA - Federal prosecutors said a former Home Depot employee has pleaded guilty to charges related to a kickback scheme. Anthony Tesvich pleaded guilty in federal court in Atlanta on Monday to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and three counts of tax evasion. The 42-year-old will be sentenced Sept. 2. Prosecutors said Tesvich took millions of dollars in secret payoffs from Home Depot's vendors.
