Feb. 11: The Suwanee Sports Academy's SWISH! - a competitive shooting league

July 12: The Buford Trout Hatchery in Cumming will host a beginning

fly-fishing clinic for boys and girls ages 10-15 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The clinic will provide everything from basic instruction, equipment, knots,

insect identification and fly-casting. Cost is $15 and lunch will be

provided, but the clinic is limited to the first 36 who register. For more

Running

Feb. 2: The EXTERRA Trail Running Series will start its year with the

Runnin' the Rocks 10K Trail Run at the Georgia International Horse Park in

Feb. 23: Edgewater subdivision in Suwanee will host a round-robin tennis

tournament to help raise money for the Jarrett Boston Foundation at Georgia

College and State University. The men's division will start at 9 a.m., the
