LAWRENCEVILLE - Three men were indicted in a string of crimes, including three burglaries of the same house and twice trying to burn it down.
Three indictment bills, all involving Steven Michael Walden, were returned Wednesday.
Walden, along with Shawn Garrey Purdy, is accused of burglarizing a home on Old Peachtree Road in Duluth between July 24 and 31. The men are also facing a count of criminal damage to property in the second degree involving allegations they broke windows, spray painted the walls and knocked holes in the walls. The damage exceeded $500.
In a separate indictment, Walden is accused of returning to the house on Sept. 21 and Sept. 23, this time with Zachary Michael Dolin. The two face two counts each of burglary and first degree arson in those incidents.
Walden also faces an indictment on two counts of theft by receiving stolen property for possession of a Honda ATV and a Yamaha dirt bike on Oct. 4.
Attempts to reach an assistant district attorney Thursday about the indictments were not successful.
