Notice is hereby given to the public that the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia will consider an amendment to the text of the 2000 Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia which will change the architectural standards and review process for the Town Center Overlay area, will change the uses allowed in the Town Center Overlay area and will affect other aspects of the zoning and use of all property located in the Town Center Overlay area.
