DULUTH - Monday night's Van Halen concert is a no go.
The Arena at Gwinnett Center was alerted Friday the recently reunited icons have postponed their show, said Chris Hendley, director of booking. The band's reps gave no reason for dropping the date, he said, adding that a weekend show in Charlottesville, Va., also got the ax. "We're working on getting a replacement date," Hendley said. "We've given them a few options, and we're waiting to hear back from them. "We have every intention of rescheduling," he said. According to the Arena Web site, all tickets will be honored at a later date to be determined. The Web site also notes that refunds are available at point of purchase.More like this story
