Little Richard gets ovation in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Little Richard got a standing ovation at the Ryman Auditorium - and he didn't even perform.

The 75-year-old rock 'n' roll pioneer was seated at the rear of the auditorium during a concert by 1960s Motown stalwarts The Temptations and the Four Tops.

He got an extended ovation from the sold-out crowd of about 2,400 Sunday night after being introduced by Otis Williams, an original member of The Temptations.

Little Richard, a native of Macon, now lives in Tennessee.

Court denies gag order request

LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles court commissioner has denied a request from Britney Spears' divorce attorney to issue a gag order in the pop star's child custody dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Attorney Anne Kiley argued Tuesday that media coverage was dangerous to Spears 'emotionally and physically.'

Las Vegas man to unveil nude pic of Marilyn Monroe

LAS VEGAS - A Las Vegas man plans to unveil what he says is a rare photo of Marilyn Monroe posing as a nude hitchhiker.

A news conference is scheduled today.

Lawrence Nicastro says he found the photo last year while going through storage items at his Las Vegas home.

Pink and hubby call it quits

NEW YORK - Pink and motocross racer Carey Hart have separated after two years of marriage.

'This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another,' said Pink's representative Michele Schweitzer.

Pink, whose real name is Alecia Moore, met Hart at the 2001 X Games.
