Daniel and Deborah Franklin of Monroe announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Elizabeth Franklin of Monroe, to Jesse Nolan Whitley of Dacula, son of Hugh and Janice Whitley of Dacula.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Lawrence and Margaret Franklin and Marguerite Smith, all of Loganville. She is a graduate of Parkview High School, Young Harris College and the Georgia Perimeter College Dental Hygiene Program. She is employed as a dental hygienist. The future groom is the grandson of the late Bill and Irene Brooks and the late Cecil and Verlon Whitley. He is a graduate of Dacula High School and plans to graduate in March from Gwinnett Technical College. He is employed at Capital City Mechanical Inc. The wedding is planned for Nov. 8 at Grayson United Methodist Church.More like this story
