LILBURN - Gwinnett firefighters tackled a Lilburn fire Friday afternoon that claimed a vehicle and damaged a home.
Firefighters found a large fire showing from the single-story home upon arrival about 5 p.m., said Gwinnett fire spokesman Capt. Thomas Rutledge.
The fire destroyed a vehicle parked inside a garage and caused extensive damage to the Harmony Grove Road home. Rutledge said an adult male was the only person home at the time of the fire.
No injuries were reported. Rutledge said the fire appeared to be accidental.
