Dorothy Tidwell Pyles, age 87 of Loganville, GA, passed to her eternal life with Jesus, Friday, February 8, 2008. There she was joined with her loving husband of 62 years, Leland B. Pyles, her three brothers and three sisters and other loved ones. Born one of seven children to Elmer and Annie Tidwell in Macon, GA, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne & Dianne Pyles of Loganville; granddaughters and husbands, Trinia and Greg Hardy of Dacula; Gina & Michael Hannan of Lawrenceville; and grandson and wife, Chad & Wendy Pyles of Suwanee. She is also a loving GiGi to four great grandsons, Tyler Hardy, Logan Hardy, Justin Hannan, and Hagan Pyles, as well as a loving Aunt Dot to several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a faithful member of over thirty years at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, in Snellville, GA. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at 1:00 PM in the Snellville Chapel of Tom M. Wages Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Mize and Rev. Jeff Gongwer officiating. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-5 PM and on Monday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. Tom M.
