On December 4, 2008 the Gwinnett County Department of Transportation and the Evermore Community Improvement District (CID) will hold a Public Information Open House concerning the proposed Project CSHPP-0007-00(535), Gwinnett County. The meeting will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Snellville City Hall, 2342 Oak Road, Snellville, Georgia, 30078.

Project CSHPP-0007-00(535) is a proposed Connector Street from Hewatt to Parkwood and Parkwood to Britt Road.

Representatives from the Gwinnett County Department of Transportation, the Evermore Community Improvement District (CID) and the Georgia Department of Transportation will be available from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with plans and displays. The public will have an opportunity to attend the public information open house at their convenience to ask questions and discuss the project with County, CID and DOT representatives. There will be no formal presentation.

A court reporter will be available during this time to allow the public an opportunity to make verbal comments about the project. These comments will be included in the transcript of the public information open house.
