Burn After Reading (R)
Movie: 3 stars out of 4 Disc: 3 stars out of 4 After the ultra downbeat "No Country for Old Men," the Coen Brothers get back to "Raising Arizona" and "Fargo" territory with this "Seinfeld" inspired comedy espionage thriller. A series of misunderstandings and mishaps on the part of five self-serving characters results in blackmail, adultery and at least a couple of bloody deaths. The high list price, the short running length and relative lack of worthy extras makes this more of a first-choice rental than a must-own item. Technical specifications: aspect ratio: Widescreen (1.85:1), audio: English and French (Dolby Digital 5.1), subtitles: English SDH, French and Spanish. Special features include: Making-of featurette DC Insiders Run Amuck Welcome Back, George - history of Clooney's three film collaborations with the Coens (Focus Features, $29.98.)More like this story
