Carrie Bolling Wilson and William Jason Wells were married Oct. 18 at Barnsley Gardens Resort in Adairsville. The Rev. Jarrod Roberts officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Carter and Vicky Wilson of Buford. She is a 2001 graduate of Buford High School. She is a graduate of Shorter College and received a master's degree in business administration. She is employed by Force Protection Inc in Ladson, S.C.

The groom is the son of LaVerne Wells of Calhoun and the late James Wells. He is a 1996 graduate of Gordon Central High School and is employed by Berkley Electric in Goose Creek, S.C.

Andrea Brooks Ormsby of Athens served as the bride's matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Shannon Wilson Hathaway of Ballwin, Mo., Lindsey Wilson Slinker of Sugar Hill, Kathleen O'Connor Keen of Chicago, Brooke Stover of Adairsville and Melissa Brown Miller of Rome.

Adam Stover of Adairsville served as the groom's best man.

Groomsmen were Jason Brown of Smyrna, Jason Hall of Calhoun, Steven Phipps of Calhoun, Mark Wells of Calhoun and Carter Wilson Jr. of Buford.

After a honeymoon in Maui, the couple resides in Goose Creek, S.C.
