DULUTH - Police are looking for five men suspected in a Thursday evening home invasion that left four people hospitalized.
Authorities say five armed black men entered a home in the 3400 block of Hill Drive in Duluth at 8 p.m. and demanded money and drugs from two men and one woman. Forced at gunpoint to lie on the floor, the two men were pistol whipped by the suspects and the woman was stabbed in the buttocks, Gwinnett police spokeswoman Cpl. Illana Spellman said. During the melee, a fourth victim - a female - entered the home. A suspect forced her upstairs where she was forced to perform a sexual act, Spellman said. After scouring the home, the suspects fled in a vehicle. "The circumstances and motive surrounding this incident are still under investigation," Spellman said. The victims, whose names were not immediately released, were transported to area hospitals, Spellman said. Their medical conditions were not disclosed. Descriptions of the suspects were not released by authorities. Anyone with information regarding the incident is urged to call Gwinnett Police at 770-513-5300.More like this story
