Mazie D. Goodman, age 71 of Auburn, GA. passed away Friday, August 22, 2008. Funeral Services will be held 3 PM Monday, August 25, 2008 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, with Pastor Mark Chandler officiating. Burial will follow at Dacula First Baptist Church Cemetery. A member of Dacula First Baptist Church, Mrs. Goodman enjoyed square dancing, quilting and painting. She is survived by her Husband of 51 1/2 years, William “Bill” Goodman, Auburn; Son & Daughter-in-law: William A. & Renee Goodman, Jr., Chattanooga, TN; Daughter & Son-in-law: Julie & Alan Box, Woodstock, GA; Grandchildren: Brittany & Valerie Box, Woodstock, GA; Paige & Marisa Goodman, Chattanooga, TN; Brother & Sister-in-law: Robert Randal & Sally Dean; Sister & Brother-in-law: Louise & James Jolly, all of Chattanooga, TN. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-9 PM Sunday, August 24, 2008 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30045, 770-962-3100.
