1. Denied: A requested rezoning from single family residential district to neighborhood business district to allow 1,332 square feet of commercial retail use on 1.82 acres south of Suwanee. The property is at 1305 Old Peachtree Road. The applicant and owner is Stanley Green, Suwanee. RZC-08-056
