GWINNETT BRAVES MASCOT NAMING CONTEST: OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") open to all legal residents of the State of Georgia age 18 years or older, except employees, officers, directors, agents and shareholders (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) of the Atlanta National League Baseball Club, Inc. ("ANLBC"), Triple Crown Media and Jacobs Media (collectively, the "Sponsors"), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, with the Sponsors, the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void wherever prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. and Georgia law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations ("Official Rules").

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will run from August 10, 2008 through September 5, 2008 (the "Promotional Period"). To enter, participants must log on to the Gwinnett Daily Post website, located at www.gwinnettdailypost.com beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on August 10, 2008 and complete and submit the online entry form indicating their preferred name for the new mascot of the Gwinnett Braves, including their name, address, telephone number (including the area code), e-mail address (if any) and birth date. To be eligible all entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on August 27, 2008. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. Entries nominating an identical name will be selected with priority given to the entry submitted first. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems which may limit or affect a person's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor's control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of ANLBC and will not be acknowledged or returned.

HOW TO WIN: A panel of judges selected by Sponsors will select the mascot submission names of three (3) finalists (the "Finalists") as eligible to win the Grand Prize. The decision of the judges will be final. The names submitted by the Finalists selected by the panel of judges will be listed on the Gwinnett Daily Post web site located at www.gwinnettdailypost.com from September 1, 2008 through September 5, 2008 for voting on by the general public. One (1) grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") will be chosen based on the number of votes received by each Finalist. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Winners will be confirmed by U.S. mail, e-mail and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements including the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents required by Sponsors.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the 2009 Minor League Baseball Triple A All Star Game in Portland Oregon. The Grand Prize will include two (2) tickets to the 2009 Minor League Baseball Triple A All-Star Game; coach airfare for two from Atlanta to Portland; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) people in or around the Portland, Oregon area for two (2) nights; one (1) car rental for two (2) days (subject to rental or leasing agency's rental/leasing requirements and mileage limitations); and Two Hundred Dollars ($200) spending money. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including additional ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. Grand Prize Winner must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance and meet the rental car agency's age requirements or the use of the rental car shall be forfeited. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors' agent on a carrier of Sponsors' choice and trip must be booked a minimum of forty-five (45) days in advance. Dates are subject to availability and certain black-out dates and other travel restrictions may apply. Sponsors are not responsible for any travel related delays or cancellations. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the Grand Prize Winner. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. All prize details are at Sponsors' sole discretion.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, cities and states of residences, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must be a legal US resident and of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least age 18) unless Grand Prize Winner is such guest's parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner's travel companion (or, if a minor, Grand Prize Winner on behalf of travel companion) will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing. Winners may each be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax acknowledgment form and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release and return within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or failure of potential winner to respond to a notification attempt within five (5) days of such attempt may result in disqualification and, at Sponsors' discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If: (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) the potential Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on dates approved by Sponsors or (iv) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at the Sponsors' sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded (including any travel or activity related thereto).

With respect to the participants' materials and mascot names submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes (the "Materials"), participants hereby irrevocably grant ANLBC the exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to use the Materials in whole or in part, alone or in combination with other material, or as a basis for new material, as ANLBC may determine in its sole discretion and for the purposes of advertising and promoting the Sweepstakes, ANLBC's business and/or the exhibitors thereof, and to use the Materials in connection with the Sweepstakes and related advertising and promotion or otherwise. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, participants agree that the rights granted hereunder shall include, but not be limited to, the perpetual, worldwide right of ANLBC and its designees to use, edit, telecast, cablecast, rerun, record, publish, reproduce, license, print, distribute and/or otherwise exploit, in any language and in all media now known or hereafter devised, the Materials in whole or in part, without any further compensation to participant. ANLBC shall have no requirement to actually use the Materials as elected by ANLBC in its sole discretion. Participants may be required to execute any documents necessary to perfect such rights in ANLBC.
