Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Irwin of Lawrenceville announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Irwin of Asheville, N.C., to Daniel Manget of Asheville, N.C., son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Manget of Conyers.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jane Craddock of Memphis, Tenn., the late Edwin H. Emerson Jr., Doris Irwin of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and the late George E. Irwin. She is a graduate of Brookwood High School and received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Georgia College and State University. She is employed by ABC Pediatrics.
The future groom is the grandson of Orbenia Burgess of Lilburn, the late James Hoyle Stewart, Maie Manget of Decatur and the late Henry F. Manget. He is a graduate of Rockdale County High School and received a bachelor's degree in outdoor education from Georgia College and State University. He is employed by Cooperative Extension Service for the Haywood County 4-H.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 13 in Bryson City, N.C.
