Man found dead at Duluth apartment complex April 19, 2014

John Gasper Puglise, age 74, of Grayson, GA, died April 20, 2008. He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Helen Puglise and is survived by his daughter, Marilyn Puglise-Sessions and her husband, Ray of Grayson; son, Michael Puglise and his wife, Kellie of Loganville; brothers, Angelo and Joyce Puglise of New Orleans, Joseph and Mary Puglise of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, HopeMarie and Brooke; special nephew, Glen Babin of Lawrenceville; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Puglise was a devout Catholic, who lived everyday for the Lord. He loved his many friends and family. The highlight of his life was his 2 granddaughters whom he loved dearly. John's love continued for his late wife, Helen who went to be with the Lord June 17, 1994 and they are now reunited with their Lord in Eternal Peace and Happiness. He was a retired attorney with the E.P.A. and a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He was a volunteer with St. Vincent DePaul, Catholic Social Services and the Prison Ministry. Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, April 23 at 3pm at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Interment will be at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 until 8pm at the funeral home.
