Tom Halsey of Waynesville, N.C., and Christine Halsey of Lawrenceville announce the engagement of their daughter, Morgan Halsey of Lawrenceville, to Daniel Medico of Lawrenceville, son of Dom and Mary Medico of Fuquay-Varina, N.C.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Elizabeth Corbin of Lawrencville. She is a 2000 graduate of Phoenix High School and is attending Gainesville State College. She is employed by Outback Steakhouse in Suwanee. The future groom is the grandson of Rita Ahlers of Mooresville, N.C. He is a 1999 graduate of Merrimack High School in Merrimack, N.H., and of Franklin Pierce University. He is employed by Consumer Source Auto Guide in Norcross as a graphic designer.
