ZONING CASES - ACTION TAKEN: The following action was taken by the Gwinnett Planning Commission on April 15. Those zoning requests not tabled will be forwarded with a recommendation to the County Commission for a final vote Tuesday at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center.

1. Deny: A requested rezoning from agriculture-residential to zero lot line/townhomes for 12.64 acres south of Braselton to be developed as a subdivision with 44 homes.
