Hubert Waldrip, age 82, of Douglasville, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2007. Funeral Services will be held 1:30 PM Saturday, September 29, 2007 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Howard Spruill & Chaplain Wesley M. Smith will officiate. Burial Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Lawrenceville. Mr. Waldrip was a Federal Government Employee with Atlanta Army Depot. He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Ethel Irene (Howell) Waldrip, 2nd wife, Barbara (Mines) Waldrip & son, Charles Edward Waldrip. He is survived by Children: Tony & Sandra Waldrip, Ronny & Ascencion (Maria) Waldrip, all of Douglasville, Sandra & David Trotti, Warner Robins, Patrick & Janet Mines, Macon, Selina Mines, Warner Robins; Brothers: Nathaniel Waldrip, Lilburn, James Waldrip, Braselton; Sister: Evelyn Purgason, Commerce; 4 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces & Nephews. The Family will receive friends from 10 AM - 1:15 PM Saturday, September 29, 2007 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045, 770-962-3100.
