The 54th annual Gwinnett County fair ends today after 11 days and nights of games, rides, food and exhibits. Nearly 50 rides filled the fairgrounds as cattle of different breeds filled the stables and the aroma of funnel cakes, cotton candy and fried food filled the air. The fair welcomed a new Miss Gwinnett, Aundrea Poole, who was crowned Sept. 15, and a new dessert, deep fried banana pudding, while welcoming back old favorites, too.
