Man found dead at Duluth apartment complex April 19, 2014

JEWELL F. Jewell Mathis, age 89, of Loganville, GA, died September 20, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Mathis and is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Fred Fraker of Loganville; grandchildren, Lora Lea and Bill Brewer of Loganville, Janet Y. and Gregg Alexander of Monroe, Michael F. and Margo Fraker of Flowery Branch; great grandchildren, Wesley A. Brewer, Darren Brewer, Ashley Alexander (Mrs. Jason Jacobs), Whitney Alexander, Sydney Alexander, Cydney Stephens, Chase Stephens, Cameron Fraker; great grandson, Austin Lee Jacobs; sisters, Joan Caitlin of Tucker, Bernice & Garry Graham of TX; brothers, Buddy & Jerry Rawlins of Loganville, Johnny and Becky Rawlins of Monroe; many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Mathis was a member of Snellville First Baptist Church and loved going to church. She enjoyed gardening, loved the Braves and loved to cook, especially putting up preserves. She kept a very meticulous home setting for her family. A Funeral Service Celebrating The Life of Jewell Mathis will be held Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 2:30pm at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel with Dr. James Lee officiating. Interment will be held at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 until 9pm at the funeral home. Tom M.
