NORCROSS - A Norcross girl who was believed to be abducted has now been found, Norcross police said Saturday.
A Levi's Call was issued Friday afternoon for Anahi Gutierrez Florez, 5, and then called off late Friday night, but police could not provide any further details on Saturday about where or when the girl was found. Police said Friday they believed the girl was with her mother, Maria Florez, and her mother's boyfriend, Bernardo Amastal Toxtle. Norcross police said they believed the trio was heading for Mexico. According to a warrant issued Wednesday, Toxtle fled his Norcross home when investigators arrived to arrest him on charges of child molestation and aggravated sodomy. Police did not comment on Saturday about the whereabouts of Toxtle or Maria Florez.More like this story
