John W. and Helen B. Hardison of Braselton celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. They were married Aug. 18, 1942 in Macon. The couple celebrated with their extended family at their home in Chateau Elan. For more than 30 years, the couple has traveled extensively, visiting countries in all continents except Antarctica.
John Hardison is a retired executive with Genuine Parts Co. The couple has two daughters, Carol Rittenhouse and Cheryl Allen, and three grandchildren: Todd Rittenhouse, Lisa and John Angove, and Krista Hammock. They also have four great-grandchildren: Nicholas, Matthew, Carys and Catherine Angove.More like this story
