Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Payne of Lilburn announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Michelle Payne, to Connor Paul Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul H. Brown of Snellville.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Brookwood High School. She is a graduate of Georgia College and State University, where she received a degree in accounting. She is employed by Southern Company. The future groom is a 2001 graduate of Brookwood High School. He is employed by Lowe's as a manager. The wedding is planned for Oct. 6.More like this story
