NORCROSS - The hunt continued Saturday night for a person police believe shot a Norcross man in the head.
Gwinnett police were unable to release the victim's name but said the man was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center with a nonfatal wound Friday. The shooting occurred about 8 p.m. Friday evening at the Wesley Paces Apartments on the 4300 block of Jimmy Carter Boulevard. Circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, said Gwinnett County Police Department spokeswoman Cpl. Illana Spellman. No suspects had been located Saturday, Spellman said. Police believe the shooter fled the scene and then evaded a perimeter set up by responding officers.More like this story
