A tree-lined landscaped is reflected in the still water of the lake at Briscoe Park in Snellville. Improvements to the park are set to begin in early 2008. Phase one of the plan is to restore the lake wall and fix the erosion.
Brothers Jeremy, 10, and Benjamin Guise, 7, of Snellville, take turns climbing up and sliding down the stone wall with a plaque in Briscoe Park. The boys asked their grandfather to go around the park's lake after dropping off books at the library next to the park. Work on the park will include three phases.
