Jack and Pat Herren of Dacula celebrated their 50th anniversary. They were married Aug. 26, 1957. The couple celebrated with family and friends at a reception at the Community Center in Winder.
Jack Herren is retired from Sears delivery department, and Pat Herren is retired from the Gwinnett County Public Schools transportation department, where she still works part-time when needed. The couple has two married sons - John and Lori Herren, and Kenny and Cynthia Herren - and nine grandchildren. The Herrens enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends, and attend church at Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula.More like this story
