DULUTH - Gwinnett police this week found the body of a 50-year-old man in his Duluth apartment after he'd been there at least five days.
Chibu Nwagbara was found Wednesday in his bedroom at the Idylewylde apartment complex at 1435 Boggs Road. He had a history of heart problems and was taking numerous medications, including Oxycodone, according to a police report released Friday. A medical examiner determined Nwagbara had been dead at least five days and had died of natural causes. Police don't suspect foul play, the report says. Nwagbara's occupation is listed as a human resource consultant. A cousin grew concerned about Nwagbara and called police from his apartment, where he noticed a strong odor, the report says. The cousin had been trying to contact Nwagbara since Oct. 5. Nwagbara suffered a minor heart attack about a year ago, according to the report.More like this story
