Brown denies report that he had heart attack
LOS ANGELES - Bobby Brown denied Wednesday that he had a mild heart attack, something his attorney said earlier he had suffered this week in Los Angeles.
The 38-year-old singer told Associated Press Radio that he is feeling fine and went to the hospital just for a checkup.
'None of it's true,' Brown said. 'I went in for a checkup. The doc gave me a clean bill of health.'
Fonda auctions memorabilia from 'Easy Rider'
DALLAS - The American flag taken from the back of the jacket worn by Peter Fonda in 'Easy Rider' has sold for $89,625 at an auction of the actor's memorabilia from the iconic 1969 movie.
The Rolex watch that Fonda wore in the film was also part of the auction last weekend at Dallas' Heritage Auction Galleries. The prototype watch sold for $33,460.
Witherspoon, Phillippe are officially divorced
LOS ANGELES - Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are officially single.
The couple's divorce was finalized Oct. 5, according to court documents.
Witherspoon cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce on Nov. 8, 2006. The couple were married for seven years and have two children, 8-year-old daughter Ava and 3-year-old son Deacon.
Judge won't make Combs provide photos of rings
LOS ANGELES - Sean 'Diddy' Combs does not have to provide photos of his rings to a man who claims the rapper struck him outside a Hollywood club, a judge ruled Wednesday.
A Superior Court judge denied requests by Gerald Rechnitzer to see photos of the rings Combs wore that night.
Release of Spears' new album moved up
NEW YORK - Britney Spears' "Blackout" is coming sooner than expected.
The pop star's new album will be released Oct. 30, Jive Records announced Wednesday, citing Internet leaks as the reason the date was moved up from Nov. 13.
