ZONING CASES - ACTION TAKEN: The following action was taken by the Gwinnett Planning Commission on Tuesday. Those zoning requests not tabled will be forwarded with a recommendation to the county commission for a final vote Oct. 23 at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center.

1. Tabled to Oct. 16: A requested mixed-use redevelopment overlay district to allow five 25-story high-rises, three seven-story loft buildings, one five-story mixed-use building, a 21-story hotel, a four-story multipurpose convention center and a 21-story office tower on 42.5 acres east of Berkeley Lake. The property is at the 2100-2300 blocks of Pleasant Hill Road, the 3000 block of Old Norcross Road and the 3000 block of Satellite Boulevard.
