Erica Wenz and Nathan Chaskey were married July 7 at St. Philothea Greek Orthodox Church in Athens. David Arnold officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jim and Karin Wenz of Beavercreek, Ohio. She is a 1997 graduate of Beavercreek High School in Beavercreek, Ohio. She is a 2001 graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, where she received a degree in speech and hearing sciences. She is employed by Rafferty's in Athens.
The groom is the son of Mic and Susan Chaskey of Niskayuna, N.Y. He is a 1992 graduate of Niskayuna High School in Niskayuna, N.Y. He is a 2005 graduate of Athens Technical College, where he received a degree in networking. He is employed by Rafferty's in Athens.
Jessica Wenz, sister of the bride, and Laura Simons served as the bride's maids of honor.
Bridesmaids were Kimberly (Chaskey) Toedtman, Roxanne Werkowitz, Elizabeth Gillespie, Jamie Cail and Amanda Obringer.
Rex Raymond and Jeffrey Freeman served as the groom's best men.
Groomsmen were Micah Wenz, brother of the bride, Carter Chaskey, Jay Gillespie, Quint Michael, and Todd Neal. Tyler Mollohan served as the junior groomsman.
After a honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple now resides in Winder.
