Robber hits man
SNELLVILLE - A man was beaten during a robbery at John Boys Home Cooking at 3050 W. Main Street in Snellville, according to police reports. Police are searching for a black man who entered the restaurant with a handgun about 8:30 p.m. Saturday. The man who was beaten was treated at the scene. Man accused of peeping Tom LILBURN - A man was arrested Saturday after allegedly looking into a person's back window. Norcross resident Selvin Lopez-Juarez, 18, was charged with criminal trespass, loitering or prowling and being a peeping Tom after he reportedly peered into the back window of a Cold Springs Drive home at 12:10 a.m. A man who lives at the home chased Lopez-Juarez away, according to a police report, and followed him to a bar, where he hid between cars outside. Lopez-Juarez was arrested after going inside the bar, the report said. Man shot in neck NORCROSS - A gang member was hit in the neck by a bullet during a drive-by shooting Wednesday. The Sur 13 gang member told police he did not know who shot him at 10:30 p.m. The 22-year-old man from Norcross told police a black four-door car with tinted windows and a spoiler drove by the Highland Walk apartments, shooting, and he was hit in the back right side of the neck as he was running inside. The apartment's front window had a bullet hole, the police report said. Witnesses said the shooter was a Hispanic male.More like this story
