ZONING CASES - ON THE AGENDA: Here's a look at rezonings and other requests the county commission will consider today. The panel meets at 7 p.m. at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville.

1. CIC-07-013 A requested change in conditions to allow older children at an infant day care, an outdoor play area and 24-hour operations. The property is at the 2400 block of West Park Place Boulevard. The applicant and owner is Tawana Gray, Stone Mountain.

2. CIC-07-014 A requested change in conditions to require smaller trees, a reduced buffer, no inter-parcel access, no sidewalk, a smaller traffic study, a signal only at Jim Moore Road and the day care center, acceleration and deceleration lanes only at the day care center and the elimination of other required traffic improvements for 2.4 acres south of Braselton for a day care center.
