DULUTH - Police have recovered surveillance images of a man who robbed a Duluth bank Saturday.
Gwinnett County Police Department spokesman Cpl. Darren Moloney said the search continues for a black man who entered the Bank of America at 3542 Satellite Blvd. about 12 p.m.
According to a release issued by the Police Department, the man passed a demand note to a bank teller and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
Moloney said the man was not armed and said he believes the note was left behind. Police did not know if the man fled in a vehicle or on foot, the release said.
Moloney said investigators have not yet identified the man and have not found that he fits the description from any other past bank robberies in the county.
Moloney was unsure if the bank had been a target of theft before.
