Mr. Larry Brown, age 78, of Buford, GA, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2007. He is survived by his: Son and Daughter-in-Law: Matt and Karen Brown, Suwanee, GA; Daughter and Son-in-Law: Lisa and Tony Chapek, Lawrenceville, GA; Six Grandchildren: Chris Brown, Kevin Brown, Jay Brown, Andrew Brown, T. J. Chapek, Daniel Chapek; Sisters: Ruth Christensen, Avoca, IA, Dorothy Hilderbrand, Hancock, IA; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Mr. Brown was born March 16, 1929 in Hancock, IA. He was a graduate of the University of Iowa. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the Korean War. He was the owner of Delta Pipe Products in Atlanta and also in Fort Worth, TX. He was a member of the Braselton Lions Club and was of the Methodist Faith. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Chaplain Samuel Parsons officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Flowers accepted or donations to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mr. Larry Brown.
