This project consists of the development of approximately 2,200 lf of the first phase of this multi-use paved trail. The development includes, but is not limited to the following: 12' wide asphalt multi-purpose trail; pre-fabricated steel pedestrian bridge with concrete abutments; wood frame boardwalk construction; segmented concrete retaining walls; informational signage; kiosk sign, landscaping and all associated work, including clearing, grubbing, grading, sidewalks, sediment, erosion-control and storm damage.

Retainage Information: Bidders are hereby notified that when awarded, the contract for this work will comply with the requirements of OCGA #13-10-81 which requires that interest be paid on any retainages. Such amount will be paid to the contractor upon project completion.
