Man robbed

while lying in bed

•NORCROSS - A 29-year-old Norcross man said he was lying in his bed Tuesday night when an unknown man entered his bedroom demanding money.

According to a police report, a black man wearing a black bandanna decorated with skulls over his face entered the room acting like he was armed.

The resident of the home on Everglades Trail said he told the man he did not have any money.

The man took $240 from a pair of pants and fled.

•NORCROSS - The China Star restaurant was robbed by three men Monday, according to a police report.

Three black men entered the business at 6330 Lawrenceville Highway about 8:30 p.m. demanding money and employees to get on the floor.

Two of the men were armed with guns and took money from the register and fled through the back kitchen door.

No one was injured.

Armed men rob sandwich shop

•NORCROSS - Quizno's Sub employees say the store at 5260 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. was robbed Tuesday by two men armed with guns.

According to a police report, two black men entered the store demanding money from the safe and register.

A store manager said one of the men took money from the safe and the register as well as $400 the manager had in his pocket.

The manager and a second employee were made to stay in a walk-in cooler until the men left the store. Both employees escaped the cooler without injuries.
